About the role

For the Quality department, Airbus is looking for a Quality Officer (Administrative Support). This is a temporary role focused on supporting the team in reducing the backlog of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensuring quality documentation is accurate and up to date.

You will play an important role in maintaining oversight of quality data, following up on actions and ensuring systems are correctly updated. While administrative in nature, the role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented way within a technical environment.

You will report directly to the Head of Quality & HSE and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Your role & responsibilities

As Quality Officer (Admin Support), you will:

  • Upload approved supplier data packs into Windchill
  • Create Incoming Inspection NCRs based on input from subcontractors (e.g. Alten)
  • Follow up with action owners on activities defined during project milestones
  • Support in clearing the backlog of supplier NCRs
  • Collect and organize existing data and reports, ensuring all information is up to date in the NCC tool
  • Create and maintain databases for actions coming from MRRs (Material Review Reports) and DRBs (Design Review Boards)
  • Track and follow up on actions defined during NRBs (Non-Conformance Review Boards)
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of quality-related data

Your profile

You are structured, proactive and detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic, technical environment where coordination and accuracy are key.

You bring:

  • MBO-level education (minimum requirement)
  • Around 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, quality or support roles
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to follow up independently
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Experience with databases or documentation systems is a plus (e.g. Windchill, NCR tools)
  • Fluency in English (required)
